My card today features the NEW  Kat Scrappiness 6×8″ paper pad called Perk Up and the Perk Up Stamp/Die set.

Card Details:

• Created an A2 side-folding landscape white card base.
• Using the one of the Kat Scrappiness Boxed Sentiment Strip Dies, I cut several 1″ strips of various patterns from the Perk Up  Paper Pad.
• Cut a smaller white layer of cardstock and adhered the strips in a pattern, leaving 1/8″ of white cardstock showing between them.
• Trimmed off the over hanging strips and adhered the finished piece to a layer of brown cardstock to frame to.
• Stamped the coffee pot from the Perk Up Stamp/Die set and heat embossed it with teal embossing powder before die cutting out.
• Added the coffee bean patterned paper in the middle of the coffee pot.
• Adhered the pot to a wood embossed circle of cardstock and adhered to the front of the card.
• Stamp the sentiment “Coffee because adulting is Hard“ in brown ink, die cut it out with the coordinating die, and added to the front of the card.
• Added 3 Coffee Bean embellishments for the finishing touch!
