Hi Everyone, it’s Priscilla from Nubble Light Designs. Today I am on the Joy Clair Blog with a sympathy card using the “Floral Catcher Digital Stamp Set.” This set is perfect to celebrate not only spring but any occasion. The set features 2 shaped “dream catchers” with flowers and 3 sentiments. For my card today, I used one of the images to make a sympathy card.
I colored the circle-shaped catcher with my Spectrum Noir Tri-Blend” markers and then cut it out using my Brother “Scan N Cut” machine.
The galaxy background was created using several shades of blue distress Inks, followed by a splattering of Perfect Pearls gold powder, white pigment ink, and water.
I heat embossed a sympathy sentiment at the top using gold embossing powder and added a gold card stock layer behind the galaxy background. Tiny white pearls colored with a gold gel pen and added around the inside of the floral catcher were the finishing touch.
