Hello there, Priscilla here from Nubble Light Designs. Today I am featuring an elegant birthday card using the Floral Friendship digital stamp collection using the striking color combination of black, red, and gold. I love these contrasting colors together!
Floral Friendship features 4 flower and foliage images and 4 sentiments that can be combined and separate for multiple uses.
To begin, I gold heat embossed a music pattern onto black card stock and cut it to 5.25″ x 4,” to be slightly smaller than the A2 card base. Then I printed out one of the larger floral images from the Floral Friendship set and colored it with Copic Markers before die cutting it out with my Brother “Scan N Cut” machine. I also die cut around the “Happy Birthday” sentiment from the same stamp collection and foam mounted it on top of the floral image for added dimension. The finishing touches were a few tear shaped water droplets from Kat Scrappiness.
