My grand twins turned 6 years old recently and were hosting a fire station birthday party at their local firehouse for all of their school classmates in their Florida hometown. La-La Land Craft’s “Fireman Luka” was the perfect image to use (2 times . . . LOL!) on their birthday card.
It was an easy card to assemble once the Fireman Luka images were colored and fussy cut out. I used an array of Copic markers to color these adorable little boys.
I used scrapbook papers by Designs by Reminisce on this card. Their “Firefighter Kit” of 12 x 12 papers were perfect for this firehouse themed card. I used the paper called “Fire Station” as a backdrop behind the boys and then die cut the sentiment “Celebrate Six” out a paper called “Flames”. The “Celebrate” die was from Neat & Tangled and the alphabet dies I used were Lawn Fawn’s “Cole’s ABCs”. For a finishing touch, I coated the finished sentiment with a “Wink of Stella” clear glitter marker.
Here is a picture of the twins, Landon & Logan, holding the card that “Grammie” made them.
I hope you enjoyed today’s card!
