Hi Everyone! Priscilla here from Nubble Light Designs. Today I have two Christmas tree cards – one with a touch of “rustic” – the other draped in donuts!
For both, I used the Kat Scrappiness “Stitched and Layered Christmas Tree Die“.
To create my first card. I die cut the Christmas tree using a donut patterned paper from the new “Cuppa Christmas” slimline paper pad and backed it with acetate.
Then I die cut the Christmas tree again – once using a red patterned paper in the pack, then again with a teal patterned paper, and finally with a solid red paper for the base of the tree. I adhered lots of “Chocolate Sprinkle Donut Sprinkles” inside the openings and white heat embossed the sentiment, “donut know what I’d do without you” from the “Punny Snacks” stamp set at the base before adhering the top layer over all the openings.
For my second card, I used a Pink Paislee Christmas paper pack from my stash and followed the same steps (minus the sprinkles.)
The “Merry Christmas” sentiment from the “Merry Critters” stamp set was white heat embossed at the base.
Thank you so much for stopping by! Don’t forget to check out what’s NEW in Kat’s Shop, and follow my blog and Instagram for more “Kat Scrappiness Amazingness”!
Stay Safe . . .
The trees are lovely in both styles!
Thank you!
