Joy Clair Design & Imagine “Better Together” International Blog Hop & Giveaway

I made two slimline cards for the Hop. My first card features a snowy Christmas scene with Joy Clair‘s stamp set, “Driving By.”

I used Imagine’s “VersaColor” pigment inks in “Cardinal” and “Evergreen” to watercolor the Volkswagen and Christmas tree.

I created the snowy road and falling snow with white texture paste. A stitched slimline border from Kat Scrappiness colored with “Pinecone” brown pigment ink frames the card.

My second card zones in on the simplistic beauty of the “VersaColor” pigment inks in “Royal Blue,” “Violet,” and “Turquoise.”

I ink blended these inks on a slimline card base and repeated these 3 colors on another layer of card stock that I die cut using the Kat Scrappiness “Never Ending Nesting Dies” into individual frames and then placed them on the front of my card.
