Happy Sunday, Crafty Peeps! Priscilla here from Nubble Light Designs. Today I am sharing a birthday card with a “farmhouse vibe” that showcases a simple black and white color scheme along with a quilt-like patterned background.

I used the recently released Farmhouse Collection from Kat Scrappiness, which includes stamps, dies, sentiments, and a paper pad to make today’s card.

Card Details:

Created an A2 top-folding white card base.
Die cut a top layer using the new A2 Qbert Quilt Backdrop Die and adhered over the card base.
Adhered a strip of black and white check patterned paper from the new Farmhouse Paper Pad.
Stamped, colored, and die cut the vase with sunflowers image.
Adhered the sunflowers onto a green dotted patterned paper, also from the Farmhouse Paper Pad, and framed it with black cardstock.

Adhered the framed image to the front of the card.
Stamped and die cut the sentiment “Your Friendship is a blessing” and adhered it to the front of the card.
White heat embossed “Happy Birthday” onto a black cardstock strip and foam mounted it below the friendship sentiment.
Added a yellow button and some Sunflower Fields Sprinkles for the finishing touch!
